What we need 🧩

We are looking for a mid-senior Solana Developer (3-5 years of experience) with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and a passion for creating efficient, secure, and scalable smart contracts. With your expertise in Rust and Solana’s architecture, you’ll design and maintain smart contracts, optimize their performance, and collaborate with front-end teams to integrate on-chain and off-chain data. 

*This role is fully remote, offering flexibility in your work location, preferably for candidates based in South Africa or Europe.

Responsibilities 🛠️

• Design, develop, and maintain smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate on-chain and off-chain data.
• Optimize and scale smart contract performance for low-latency and high-throughput applications.
• Write secure, efficient, and reusable code.

Requirements 🎯

• Proven experience as a Solana developer with hands-on expertise in Rust programming.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, Solana’s architecture, and the SPL token standard.
• Familiarity with smart contract development and auditing best practices.
• Experience with Solana's framework for creating and deploying smart contracts.
• Understanding of Solana’s DeFi protocols, NFTs, or other ecosystem verticals is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications 📋

• Experience in Web3 development, specifically with Solana-based projects.
• Contributions to open-source Solana or blockchain projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
